Artists – Principals
Lilia Orekhova graduated from the Donetsk Choreographic Institute in 2004. After graduating Lilia was invited to Donetsk Theatre of Opera and Ballet. In 2008 Lilia has joined Moscow City Ballet as a principal dancer. Her repertoire includes Odetta/Odile in the Swan Lake, Princess Aurora and Princess Florina in Sleeping Beauty, Flower Fairy in the Nutcracker and many other roles.
Dmitry Lazovik was born in 1991 in Slutsk, Belarus. After graduating from the Belorus State Choreographic Gymnasium College in 2011, Dmitry was invited to join Belarus State Academic Musical Theatre as a principal dancer. He performed in many leading roles including Albert and Pad De Deux in “Giselle”, Basil in “Don Quixote”, Gray in “Asolle”, Sinbad in “Scheherazade”, Pas De Deux in ballets “Diana and Akteon”, “Coppelia” and many others.
In 2011 Dmitry received the Diploma of the International Ballet Competition “Crystal Slipper”. In 2014, he became laureate of the 2nd International Baltic competition and also received award for his contribution to the art by the Minsk City Council.
In 2015 Dmitry was invited to perform with Moscow City Ballet as a principal dancer. His repertoire includes roles of Nutcracker Prince in “Nutcracker”, Prince Desire and Bluebird in the “Sleeping Beauty”, Romeo in “Romeo and Juliet”, Basil in “Don Quixote, Pas De Trois in “Swan Lake” and Pas De Deux in “Giselle”.
Michael Tkachuk was born in Donetsk, Ukraine. He graduated from the Kiev State Choreographic Institute in 2008. From 2008 till 2011 Michael worked as a soloist at the State Academy Theatre of Leonid Jacobson in St. Petersburg. In 2012 he was invited to join the Eifman Ballet Theatre and a year later he became the principal dancer at the St. Petersburg Ballet Theatre, where he performed a number of leading roles. From 2016 onwards, Michael was performing as a guest star with many leading ballet companies in Russia and CIS. In 2019 he joined Moscow City Ballet as principal dancer. His repertoire includes, amongst many other roles, Prince Siegfried in The Swan Lake, Nutcracker Prince in The Nutcracker, Prince Desire and Basil in Don Quixote.
Daniil Orlov was born in 1976 in Tashkent Region of former Soviet republic Uzbekistan.
In 2006, he graduated from the Tashkent High School of National Dance and Choreography. Daniil started his work as a soloist in the Navoi Theatre of Opera and Ballet in Tashkent. He joined Moscow City Ballet in 2008 as a principal dancer. Daniil’s repertoire includes Prince Desire in The Sleeping Beauty, Prince Siegfried, and Von Rothbart in the Swan Lake, Tybalt in the Romeo and Juliet, Albert in Giselle, Herr
Drosselmeyer in The Nutcracker, Espada in the Don Quixote and many other roles.
Ksenia was born in 1997 in the town of Mozhaisk, Russia. From 2008 to 2013 she studied at the Moscow state Academy of Choreography, then studied for three more years at the Moscow State school. Lavrovsky. Since 2016 he has been working at the Smirnov Ballet Theatre. She performs the leading roles in the ballets “the Nutcracker” and “Romeo and Juliet”, as well as roles: Fairy Daisy in the ballet “the Nutcracker”, Pas de Trois, Little swans, brides In “Swan lake”, Fairy Canary, Diamond, Large maids of honor in “Sleeping Beauty”, Kitri’s Friends in “Don Quixote” and The pas de Deux in the ballet “Giselle”.
Rachel Victoria Hernon
Rachel was born in 1989, she began her vocational ballet training at Elmhurst School for Dance in Association with the Birmingham Royal Ballet. n 2006 she was invited to the Perm State Choreographic Academy in Russia.
In 2009 she graduated from the Perm State Choreographic Academy, Russia and was awarded the Diploma as an Artist of Classical Ballet by the Russian Federation.
In 2019 Rachel joined Moscow City Ballet. She plays leading roles such as Princess Aurora in Sleeping Beauty and Odette/Odile in Swan Lake.
Ksenia was born in 1995 in Minsk, Belarus. She has starter her training in 2005 at Belarus State Choreographic Gymnasium College. In 2012 Ksenia received the Diploma of the International Ballet Competition in Paris – “Le Chausson D’or”.
After graduating in 2013 she has joined the Belarus State Academy Musical Theatre, where she excelled in such roles as Myrth and Pas De Deux in “Giselle”, Clara, Russiand and French dances in the “Nutcracker”, as well as many other solo roles in “Don Quixote”, “La Corsair” and “Harlequinade”.
In 2015 Ksenia joined Moscow City Ballet, where she performs as Clara in the “Nutcracker”, Das De Trois and Brides in the “Swan Lake”, Winter Fairy in “Cinderella” and many other solo roles.
After graduating from the Krasnodar Choreographic Institute, Polina Tokareva joined the Youth Ballet of Kuban, where she performed leading parts in Carmen Suite, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Essenin. She received the diploma of the TanzOlimp international ballet festival in 2006 and 2010 attained the second place in the festival competition of M. Esambaev. From 2009 to 2012 she performed as principal dancer with the Russian Renaissance Ballet, playing leading roles in a number of ballet productions, including Cinderella and The Nutcracker. In 2015 she joined the Crown of Russian Ballet company as a principal dancer, adding the parts of Odette/Odile in the Swan Lake, Princess Aurora in the Sleeping Beauty, Juliet in Romeo and Juliet and Kitri in Don Quixote to her repertoire. From 2018 Polina joined Moscow City Ballet as a principal dancer and is performing in many leading parts including Odette/Odile, Princess Aurora and The Flower Fairy from The Nutcracker.
